I am trying to apply for a tanker base loader but the application will not let me.thank donna

  2. Ann Normand

Hi Donna, Each position has its own application period. The Alberta Wildfire site is showing that the application deadline for airtanker base loader is February 15.

  3. Rebecca

I don’t drive and I don’t have my licence. Are there any types of jobs that I can apply for that are “entry level” type and are willing to train someone like me? I am willing to learn and experience anything new

  4. Ann Normand

Hi Rebecca, forestry mills often post jobs for entry level positions. Some require a driver’s license and others do not. I recommend checking our Job Postings page regularly and applying for any positions that interest you. If you are looking specifically for wildfire jobs, there are also some that don’t require a driver’s license, including Lookout Observer. Here is a list of Alberta Wildfire’s seasonal positions: http://wildfire.alberta.ca/seasonal-employment/default.aspx. Good luck in your job search!
